Chelsea originally began her passion for real estate while stationed in Hawai'i in 2017 with her husband. She worked alongside a local architect who renovates luxury homes. This gave her the knowledge and experience to help realize a homeowner's dream. She moved back to Coastal North Carolina in 2019 an has been serving the local community since then.

Chelsea studied at UNC Wilmington, earning her Bachelor's in political science and a Master's degree in Conflict Management and Negotiation. Her Master's degree lends to her excellent negotiation tactics and people skills. Chelsea is also a certified Resort and Second Home Specialist.
