Chelsea originally began her passion for real estate while stationed in Hawai'i in 2017 with her husband. She worked alongside a local architect who renovates luxury homes. This gave her the knowledge and experience to help realize a homeowner's dream. She vowed to work in real estate as an agent at every duty station thereafter, serving her fellow military families and local community.

Chelsea studied at UNC Wilmington, earning her Bachelor's in political science and a Master's degree in Conflict Management. Her Master's degree lends to her excellent negotiation tactics and people skills. Chelsea is also a certified Resort and Second Home Specialist.
